	Doug Koch  - Mr. Koch is the Senior VIce President, Human Resources for the Brown Shoe Company.  He was invited to be an as executive-in-residence speaker for CHES faculty, staff, students, and the general public.
	Pedro Mandoki - Mr. Mandoki is the President/CEO of Plantation Resort Management and President of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.  He was invited to be speaker for the Hospitality Leadership Series for CHES.
	Dr. Jeanne Hogarth - Jeanne Hogarth is the Director of Consumer Education and Research for the Federal Reserve Board, Washington, D.C.  She was invited to be an executive-in-residence for CHES faulty and staff for Fall, 04.
	Patricia Faley Kachura  - Patricia Kachura is the Vice President of Ethics  and Consumer Affairs for the Direct Marketing  Association inWashington, D.C.   She was invited to be an executive-in-residence for CHES  faculty and staff.
	Knight Kiplinger - Mr. Knight Kiplinger, noted economist, journalist, and business forecaster accepted  our invitation  to  be an executive-in-residence and give a lecture for all CHES students, faculty, and staff.  (29 Minutes)
	Knight Kiplinger answers the following student questions:

	What's the Future of Our Economy?
	Will Small Closely Held Businesses or Large Pubically Traded         Businesses Fair Better Over the Next Years?

	Chef Jerry Butchko - District Account Manager for Winston Industries and a graduate of our Restaurant and Hospitality  Management Program demonstrated  the preparation of several dishes such as pork loin stuffed  with wild rice and  roasted peppers and beef wellington for a luncheon in the J.J. Doster Cafe.           Copies of all recipes will be available in PDF format.
	Xavier Teixido, FMP- Chairman of the board of the National Restaruant  Association made a presentation to Dr. Roy Maize's RHM students.

	The Birmingham News -  The Birmingham News published a series of articles on The Black Belt - Alabama's Third World from May 12 through December 18, 2002.  John Archibald (Database Editor) and Jeff Hansen (Senior Writer), who  very involved with the series and  wrote severral articles for the paper spoke to Joan Esser-Stuart's HD 155 class.
