Chef Jerry Butchko - District Account Manager for Winston Industries and a graduate of our Restaurant and Hospitality Management Program demonstrated the preparation of several dishes such as pork loin stuffed with wild rice and roasted peppers and beef wellington for a luncheon in the J.J. Doster Cafe.
